Pizza: The Glory


Let’s get real: truly what is better than a slice of hot, fresh pizza?

Internationally, pizza is a staple, for good, delicious reasons.
Store bought gluten-free pizza has improved significantly over the past few years, much to this writers delight. When in a rush, throw in a Annie’s four cheese gluten-free pizza (easily found at Whole Foods, Safeway, etc.) for 12-15 minutes and enjoy. I also recommend, as illustrated in this photo, adding some chopped cherry tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, spinach and some farmers market pesto on top.
